Shipping & Refunds
For any order that is made $100 shipping insurance is automatically included at the courtesy of Aus Post. You can chose to purchase extra cover at an addition if you want your insurance to exceed this limit.
Despite my best efforts to prevent any damage from occurring there is still an off chance this may happen. If your item has arrived damaged (different from the state it was originally purchased) you can chose to contact Aus Post directly and have them issue you compensation or you are always welcome to contact me and have me do it for you. If I am unsuccessful then a refund will be issued to the same account you made the purchase from.
However, if you failed to read the condition report in the description of the product you purchased and later realized that it wasn’t up to your standards then no refund will be issued because the “defects” were made clear. If by some chance there was a defect that I missed, not providing you that information then a return will be offered happily.
A RECEIPT MUST BE PROVIDED (electronic or physical) AND REFUND MUST BE REQUESTED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECIEVING YOUR ORDER

This data may be collected through the contact form and once you make a purchase. This data is solely used to ensure that your queries can be answered, your payment can be processed and also so we know who and where to deliver your order to.
We will not sell or share your date with any third-party except where it is deemed necessary to complete your order or in the following circumstances: the law requires it to proceed any legal matter, to prove or protect our legal rights and to buyers of this business in the event we seek to sell this business.
While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure that user data is secure and that users are protected, there always the risk of harm. The internet as a whole can be insecure at times and therefore we are unable to guarantee the security of user data beyond what is reasonably practical.

If you have made a special request and we are accommodating you any product that has been put aside will be made available for someone else to buy after 48 hours if we have not received a reply or any other kind of communication.
